Refund policy
Returns
We will make every effort to solve any issues you may have with your product.
We will authorize return and refund the full purchase price upon return of any unused product for any reason for 30 days. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the product and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please reach out via email with any issues and we will solve them.
Returns of used items during the 30 day period
We will return items which are used during the first 30 days.
Our only requirement is that you must have contacted us for support at least once before returning. This gives us the opportunity to help the customer with their satisfaction issues before returning.
Returns outside of the 30 day period.
If there is an issue with your product that effects the overall user satisfaction and experience we will make every effort to resolve these issues. In the case of a defect in manufacturing which causes an issue, we will replace or repair the unit, depending on the issue. The repair may involve the customer installing replacement parts. No provision for reimbursement of labor or lost productivity will be allowed.
We offer a free repair labor program through our manufactures factory, where if a unit is damaged it may be returned to us at any time for repair. All labor is covered by this, however the customer may be responsible to pay for any parts used in this repair. A written quote will be submitted to the customer before any repairs take place.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
